RETURN POLICY

Return Policy 

In accordance with Law 3/2014 of March 27, which modifies the revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of consumers and users adapted to Directive 2011/83 / EU, the online store AQUATECH EU, following current legislation, accepts two types of returns:

The Consumer shall be entitled to a right of withdrawal or cooling off period within the following 14 days after receiving the Goods in orders through the web according to EU Directives. 

To exercise such withdrawal right, you must inform Robisa within a maximum period of 14 days after you have knowledge of it and send in copy of the receipt

Said withdrawal period shall not apply in case of custom orders or personalized items, unsealed goods or goods not returned in the same mint conditions, with all the manuals, accessories and promotional gifts included (if any), and original packaging in which they have been delivered. 

All shipping costs in case of exercise of such right shall be borne by the buyer.

Buyer shall within 14 days after receiving the goods make a formal declaration of his/her intention to exercise such right and send the Goods for return through the address eu-contact@aquatech.net

 Request for return by the customer for not being the product purchased in accordance, where appropriate, as long as it is not the cause of misuse, blows, undue manipulation of the consumer (damage, malfunction, etc.) and all in accordance with the law of guarantees that grants a term of two years from the date of purchase. This section does not include products that the consumer has acquired as reconditioned, that is, products that have already been used previously and that may present some scratches or cosmetic damage (demo products).

After the first 6 months, the AQUATECH EU store will only undertake to repair the product covered by the guarantee, unless such repair is impossible, in which case, it will inform the customer to propose a change or replacement. The refund of the amount will only be possible during the first six months from the date of purchase. In any case, the customer must, as an essential condition, provide by email through the address eu-contact@aquatech.net a digitization of the proof of purchase of the product.

The client must inform about his express desire to return his product indicating the reason for said return through the address  eu-contact@aquatech.net.

The AQUATECH EU store will confirm the receipt of the mail and will inform you of the steps that you must follow to proceed with the return of the material, as well as the data that you must include in the package (order number, shipping information, etc.).

We will only accept the return of products that are in perfect condition, with their original packaging and with all manuals, accessories and promotional gifts included (if any).

The consumer shipment of the product with postage due with all its original packaging and accessories must be made through transport agency to the address:

If the product is found to be defective or not compliant, ROBISA will proceed to review it and assess whether it is possible to replace it with another product or to refund the price. If the refund of the full amount paid is chosen, it will be done according to the payment method made by the consumer (by bank transfer if the customer paid for the product in cash, upon request for their account number or on their VISA card).

ROBISA has a period of 30 days to return the amount to the consumer from the moment of the request for the return.

In the event that the product is not received or that it has not been received in the same conditions it was delivered  with all the manuals, accessories and promotional gifts included (if any), and original packaging in which they have been delivered ROBISA will contact the consumer to notify him that his request is not compliant.

If for any circumstance beyond our control we are unable to make the chosen product available to you, we will immediately proceed to notify the incident and refund the amount, exonerating the company from all responsibility in this regard. In the same way, we will make available to the consumer another similar product with the same characteristics so that he can choose according to the right that assists him to continue with the purchase or not.
